Claudia Diggs 
Founder, BSN, RN

Claudia Diggs is the founder of Evolve Aesthetics. She is a Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in science from Chamberlain University where she graduated Summa cum Laude. Claudia is currently enrolled in school to obtain her MSN- FNP-C. She began her nursing career in 2015 at a level one trauma center working primarily in surgical services such as: plastic surgery, surgical oncology, bariatric surgery, trauma surgery, gynecologic-oncology surgery, urology and colon and rectal surgery. Post COVID pandemic, and after having her youngest child, Claudia transitioned out of the hospital inpatient world and began her journey as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. After two years in aesthetics and being a Nurse Injector, Claudia decided to embark on her own journey as a business owner. She established Evolve Aesthetics, emphasizing safety as the cornerstone for the medical spa. Claudia believes in safety, the power of prevention, and maintaining natural results. She is a skilled cosmetic injector and well known in the aesthetic industry for producing natural, transformative results. She is caring, passionate, detail oriented, proactive, and constantly working to learn, grow, and improve her skills as both an aesthetic injector and a business owner.

 

Outside of work, Claudia loves spending time with her family, relaxing on the beach, and indulging in brunch with friends.

Erin is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner who brings nearly a decade of clinical experience in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine to the world of aesthetics, skin health, and wellness. 

With a deep passion for functional medicine, HRT, longevity, and helping patients feel their best from the inside out, Erin is the perfect fit for our Evolve family. She's here to offer safe, thoughtful, and customized care rooted in both science and a genuine love for helping others glow from within with confidence.

When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find her with her husband, Daniel, and their three beautiful daughters (and three adorable pups)!, exploring new places (and winery's), driving into health podcasts, or out on a hike somewhere, grounding in nature.

 Lexie is an experienced nurse injector who brings over two years of aesthetic expertise paired with six years of critical care ER nursing. Her background has sharpened her clinical precision, adaptability, and ability to care for people in all stages of life, making her a strong asset to the Evolve team.

With a perfectionist’s eye for detail and a passion for natural results, Lexie helps clients enhance their beauty in a way that feels authentic and confidence-boosting. Whether it’s softening lines, balancing features, or simply helping someone feel like the best version of themselves, she approaches every treatment with artistry, safety, and care.

Outside of the treatment room, Lexie is a proud boy mom and an outdoor enthusiast. At the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally, is a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best in their own skin.

Andie Grey
Fitness + Nutrition Coach
Andie Grey is a certified fitness and nutrition coach with years of experience helping clients transform their health from the inside out. Through her work with A Grey Fitness & Nutrition, she combines evidence-based training and nutrition with a deeply personal approach- empowering clients to build strength, confidence, and balance that lasts.

With a passion for realistic, sustainable results and an eye for progress that feels both physical and emotional, Andie helps clients redefine what it means to feel strong and confident in their own skin. Whether it’s improving energy, sculpting curves, or rebuilding a healthy relationship with food, her coaching is rooted in care, accountability, and self-belief.

Outside of coaching, Andie is a devoted mom of three and a creative force behind the activewear brand Violate the Dresscode. At the heart of everything she does is a mission to help others feel capable, confident, and completely at home in their bodies.

She's an art director and has a passion for helping local brands tell their stories. 

When she's not editing posts for our social media, she's probably sailing on the Chesapeake Bay eating oysters or taking her two fur babies on a long walk in the woods.
