FOUNDER, BSN, RN

Claudia is a Certified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree in science from Chamberlain University where she graduated Summa cum Laude. Claudia is currently enrolled in school to obtain her MSN- FNP-C. She began her nursing career in 2015 at a level one trauma center working primarily in surgical services such as: plastic surgery, surgical oncology, bariatric surgery, trauma surgery, gynecologic-oncology surgery, urology and colon and rectal surgery. Post COVID pandemic, and after having her youngest child, Claudia transitioned out of the hospital inpatient world and began her journey as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. After two years in aesthetics and being a Nurse Injector, Claudia decided to embark on her own journey as a business owner. She established Evolve Aesthetics, emphasizing safety as the cornerstone for the medical spa. Claudia believes in safety, the power of prevention, and maintaining natural results. She is a skilled cosmetic injector and well known in the aesthetic industry for producing natural, transformative results. She is caring, passionate, detail oriented, proactive, and constantly working to learn, grow, and improve her skills as both an aesthetic injector and a business owner.

RN

Tori brings a rare blend of artistry, compassion, and genuine warmth to Evolve. Her background in cosmetic tattooing shaped her deep understanding of symmetry, detail, and enhancing natural features - skills that translate beautifully into aesthetics.

At her core, Tori is driven by helping people feel like the most authentic, confident version of themselves! She always prioritizes safety, education, and natural-looking enhancements.

At home, she’s surrounded by what she lovingly calls her “small zoo” of geckos, two dogs, and a cat. She’s a devoted wife, a brand-new auntie, and someone who finds joy in photography, storytelling, and cozy video-game nights.

NP-C

Erin is a highly experienced Nurse Practitioner who brings nearly a decade of clinical experience in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine to the world of aesthetics, skin health, and wellness. 

With a deep passion for functional medicine, HRT, longevity, and helping patients feel their best from the inside out, Erin is the perfect fit for our Evolve family. She's here to offer safe, thoughtful, and customized care rooted in both science and a genuine love for helping others glow from within with confidence.

When she's not in the treatment room, you'll find her with her husband, Daniel, and their three beautiful daughters (and three adorable pups), exploring new places (and wineries), diving into health podcasts, or out on a hike somewhere, grounding in nature.

Focused, approachable, and driven by results, Erin is all about building strong relationships. They help connect people to the right solutions, with clarity and care.

RN

 Lexie is an experienced nurse injector who brings over two years of aesthetic expertise paired with six years of critical care ER nursing. Her background has sharpened her clinical precision, adaptability, and ability to care for people in all stages of life, making her a strong asset to the Evolve team.

With a perfectionist’s eye for detail and a passion for natural results, Lexie helps clients enhance their beauty in a way that feels authentic and confidence-boosting. Whether it’s softening lines, balancing features, or simply helping someone feel like the best version of themselves, she approaches every treatment with artistry, safety, and care.

Outside of the treatment room, Lexie is a proud boy mom and an outdoor enthusiast. At the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally, she has a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best in their own skin.

Master Esthetician

Hannah is a licensed master esthetician, certified acne expert, and microneedling specialist. She specializes in acne clearing and corrective skin treatments, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin. She is especially known for her results-driven approach and her commitment to creating personalized treatment plans that truly make a difference.

Her favorite service is SkinPen microneedling, a treatment she loves for its ability to transform and rejuvenate the skin. Hannah is deeply dedicated to continuing education, consistently refining her techniques and expanding her knowledge to ensure she delivers the most advanced and effective treatments to her clients.

Outside of the treatment room, you can find her with a matcha in hand (always with coconut milk), powering through a solidcore class, or rewatching The Vampire Diaries—team Damon.

Hannah is excited to bring her talent, energy, and care to every client she meets.

NP

Darcy has retired from the United States Navy after 26 years of service and brings a strong background in critical care along with over four years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Her approach is rooted in safety, precision, and thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Behind the scenes, Darcy will be assisting with consultations and exams, helping ensure every treatment plan at Evolve is supported by clinical expertise and integrity. And if you’re lucky, you may even see her popping in and out of the clinic from time to time.

SOCIAL / MARKETING

Kristen brings the aesthetics to our social media and marketing. She's has her masters in art direction and currently works at Live Nation creating festival brand activations. She also freelances for local Richmond businesses and is passionate about helping local brands tell their stories and find their brand voice, look, and feel.

When she's not editing posts for our social media, she's probably in a pottery class, sailing on the Chesapeake Bay eating oysters, or taking her two fur babies on a long walk in the woods.
