WHAT'S COMING
We’re excited to now offer Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) at Evolve; led by our nurse practitioner and medical director, Erin Stewart Np-C, who is currently completing advanced training in BHRT.
Many medspas offer hormone therapy without any formal education or credentialing but Erin believes patients deserve better. She’s actively working through a comprehensive, four-part certification program qualifying her to prescribe and manage hormone therapy with an elevated level of clinical knowledge and safety. Her passion for hormone health and whole-body wellness is what inspired her to bring this much-needed (and highly requested) service to Evolve.
If you’ve been feeling off: tired, foggy, moody, unmotivated, or just not like yourself- hormone imbalance might be the missing piece! Through comprehensive lab testing and personalized treatment plans, Erin helps patients rebalance and feel their best from the inside out

New at Evolve: Wellness + Sick Visits with Erin
(Virtual or In-Person)
We’re making healthcare more accessible, more convenient, and way less stressful. You can now schedule wellness or sick visits with our nurse practitioner and medical director, Erin Stewart NP-C, either virtually or in-person.
These appointments are perfect when you don’t have time to sit in a crowded waiting room… or when your PCP insists on an in-person visit during your busiest workday. We’re here to offer an alternative because your time AND your health both matter.
Virtual or in-person options available
To start: In-person sick visits will be offered on Mondays only and only during specific times (when we are otherwise closed for aesthetic services). We have decided to do this in effort to protect our patients and minimize cross-contact. In-person wellness visits will have more availability as well as open availability for virtual sick visits.
We do not bill insurance: all visits are self-pay for your convenience
Please note:
We do not treat gynecologic complaints, chest pain, or shortness of breath. These require a higher level of care. Please call 911 or go to urgent care for those concerns.

Reintroducing: Weight Loss & Lifestyle Management
at Evolve
If you’ve been thinking about starting your weight loss journey or are ready to get back on track, we’re now accepting new patients into our medically managed Weight Loss & Lifestyle Program, led by our nurse practitioner and medical director, Erin Stewart NP-C.
We now offer both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide options, paired with lifestyle support that’s designed to help you achieve real, sustainable results. This is more than a prescription, it’s a personalized plan built around your goals, your body, and your day-to-day life.
Please note: Patients must meet specific medical criteria to be eligible for this program.
What Makes Our Program Different?
We’ve teamed up with Andie Scarpa, a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, to take your success a step further.
Each new weight loss patient will receive a one-on-one virtual consultation with Andie to discuss:

This team-based approach combines medical support + practical lifestyle tools so you can feel better, move better, and stay consistent.

As we head into August, I’m so excited to finally introduce BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) one of our most-requested services! We’re also kicking off a NEW fundraiser close to our hearts: our Back-to-School Backpack Drive. Our goal is to stuff and deliver 20 backpacks to pediatric cancer patients (and their siblings!) that HopeRVA serves in the Richmond area, and we need your help!
